These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the sale of personalized jewelry products made of stainless steel, offered by:

We specialize in the production and sale of personalized jewelry made of high-quality stainless steel. Each product is custom-made based on the customer’s input (e.g. name, date, message). Due to the nature of personalization, each item is unique.

 

 

3. Ordering Process

  • Orders are placed through our online store.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate personalization details.

  • Once the order is placed and payment confirmed, production begins.

  • Order confirmation will be sent via email.

 

 

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Accepted payment methods include: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer.

 

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to all EU countries.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination.

  • Estimated delivery time varies depending on the country, but usually ranges from 5 to 15 working days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

 

 

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, personalized products are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or incorrect.

If your item is faulty or the personalization does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email], and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

 

7. Liability

We are not liable for damages or issues resulting from improper use, wear and tear, or customer-provided errors in personalization.

 

 

8. Data Protection

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Slovenia, unless otherwise required by applicable EU consumer protection laws.
